Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media and digital marketing, with a flair for creating engaging content and a keen understanding of demand generation marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and manage the social media content calendar: Plan and organize monthly content themes, promotional activities, and special campaigns.
  • Create compelling and engaging posts for various social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.): Craft visually appealing and on-brand content, including images, videos, and graphics.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and comments on social platforms: Monitor and manage online reputation by addressing feedback, questions, and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Promote sales and special events through organic social media posts to drive additional leads: Leverage trending hashtags, collaborations with influencers, and interactive content to enhance reach and engagement.
  • Analyze social media metrics to guide strategy: Use data from social media insights and analytics tools to refine content strategy and increase engagement rates.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in creating impactful marketing email campaigns: Work on segmentation, A/B testing, and analysis of email performance to optimize open and click-through rates.
  • Design attractive sell sheets and product brochures: Utilize design software to create visually appealing and informative marketing materials.
  • Contribute to the creation of diverse marketing content as needed: Develop blog posts, case studies, and white papers to support content marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 or more years of Marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A creative eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.
  • Basic knowledge of demand generation marketing principles.
