Literacy Tutor (Federal Work Study Job)
Seeking Reading Tutors at Brass Elementary School, Kenosha, Wisconsin for Fall 2021 Semester.
Be an influencer; you can change a child’s life as a reading tutor. UW-Parkside students will tutor children one-on-one, at Brass Elementary School in Kenosha. Student’s tutors will build foundational skills in spelling and reading. Tutors will have the guidance and supervision of a classroom teacher with a regular check-in system and communication documenting students’ progress.
Brass Elementary School will work with tutors to schedule tutoring hours that are compatible with their classes. Tutors will need to provide their own transportation.
